Counsel, Litigation

Support and manage an active docket of disputes and litigation matters by developing and executing case strategy with internal stakeholders. Represent the company in smaller matters, manage outside counsel for complex litigation, and provide guidance on risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and discovery/litigation hold processes. Collaborate with Legal leadership and cross-functional teams, and maintain communication with insurance carriers and third parties.
