•Lead and scale the paid search program through data-driven, automated execution and AI-powered optimizations to exceed patient-start targets within ROI constraints.
•Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to improve channel outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals.
•Communicate clearly with leadership and the S-team, diagnosing problems, triaging actions, and reporting required outcomes.
•Manage large-scale paid search budgets (e.g., $1M+ per month) and optimize campaign architecture and bidding strategies.
•Drive cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders to maximize program headroom and impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,765 - 171,855 annually

•Experience working with cross-functional partners including Finance and Analytics to improve channel outcomes
•Experience working with Google Smart Bidding, specifically tROAS
