Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business priorities into actionable people plans and connect people programs to functional goals.
  • •Lead performance management and talent review processes with rigor, and coach people managers to deliver feedback and take early action.
  • •Partner on organizational design decisions, clarify roles and decision rights, and support team health using headcount/workforce data.
  • •Provide direct, actionable coaching to build manager capability while reinforcing cultural principles and managerial expectations.
  • •Build and use people data (attrition, engagement, performance patterns) to identify trends and influence leadership action; own people programs end-to-end within the org.

Salary: USD 152,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of progressive HRBP or HR-adjacent/generalist experience supporting senior executives in high-growth or scaling environments.
  • •Independently partner with business leaders and know when to escalate or run with initiatives.
  • •Use qualitative and quantitative signals to surface insights and support decisions.
  • •Have solid grounding in core HR processes including performance management, org design, and talent development.
  • •Be comfortable using AI tools in daily work and hold credible conversations with engineering leaders about AI transformation and team design.
