Scope Change Coordinator

Coordinate and control the project scope baseline for the B&P Tunnel Replacement program, ensuring scope changes are properly documented, evaluated, and managed to protect cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Establish scope governance and procedures, maintain scope logs and audit trails, and lead change-request processing through formal change control. Partner with engineering, design, construction, procurement, estimators, schedulers, and SMEs to support reviews, dashboards, executive reporting, and procurement contract modifications.
