Job Summary

Hands-on CDD Risk Analyst focusing on Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures for North America. You will collect and analyze merchant data, review documentation, and assess AML/CFT risks while collaborating with commercial, compliance, and product teams to ensure compliant, scalable risk reviews. You’ll guide merchants, advocate for process improvements, and support cross-functional risk initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Execute upon Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures.
•Collect and analyze customer information on a monthly basis whilst documenting material changes to their organizational structures, legal entity(ies) and policies.
•Perform KYC checks on our merchants, collect and verify relevant documentation and iterate on the process flow.
•Guide our merchants and be the first point of contact for every CDD Review related matter.
•Be an internal product advocate, drive process improvements and feedback on automation within our workflows.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence/KYC.
•Knowledgeable of AML/CTF, CDD, EDD, and payments risk concepts.
•Strong sense of responsibility and integrity; prioritizes tasks based on business needs.
•Curious and able to think outside the box; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
•Clear communicator with strong team spirit; able to tailor messages to audience.
