Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end service delivery for project management commissions and take responsibility for meeting time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface and ensure client objectives are met across all project stages.
  • •Advise strategically at project conception, establish success criteria, and oversee project planning and detailed project plan production.
  • •Manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environmental requirements, and establish project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Drive project performance through KPI use; manage change control, project finances, reporting, and information flow via meetings and written communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • •Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Good working knowledge of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
