Key Responsibilities

  • •Track seating assignments, occupancy, and future headcount needs in partnership with HR, Division Leaders, and Facilities.
  • •Develop stack plans, occupancy forecasts, and test fits to support growth, contraction, and reorganizations.
  • •Maintain space data integrity within space management software, including allocations, assignments, and moves.
  • •Collaborate with the workplace team to ensure seamless execution of seating changes and move coordination.
  • •Analyze space utilization trends and provide reports to senior leadership and Real Estate teams.
