•Track seating assignments, occupancy, and future headcount needs in partnership with HR, Division Leaders, and Facilities.
•Develop stack plans, occupancy forecasts, and test fits to support growth, contraction, and reorganizations.
•Maintain space data integrity within space management software, including allocations, assignments, and moves.
•Collaborate with the workplace team to ensure seamless execution of seating changes and move coordination.
•Analyze space utilization trends and provide reports to senior leadership and Real Estate teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in occupancy planning, corporate real estate, space planning, or workplace strategy.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to data accuracy.
•Familiarity with space management tools.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
