Job Summary

Own a portfolio of TikTok LIVE agencies and grow the local MENA ecosystem from Cairo. You’ll run structured business reviews, onboard and build long-term relationships with partners, and design incubation programs and community operations to increase creator activity, retention, and monetization. Partner closely across Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data, using KPIs and reporting to drive data-driven execution while ensuring all activities follow LIVE community guidelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a defined portfolio of agencies, set quarterly/monthly priorities, and create success plans tied to creator growth, activity, and revenue.
•Run weekly check-ins and monthly performance reviews, tracking targets and converting gaps into action plans.
•Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agencies and talent organizations to expand the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Egypt.
•Build and manage LIVE agency communities and design incubation programs (enablement, creator recruitment, monetization acceleration) plus incentive-driven campaigns.
•Partner with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data to lead workshops/training and ensure activities follow TikTok LIVE community guidelines and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Experience in account management, partner management, business development, or operations within digital media, social platforms, entertainment, or the creator economy.
•Experience working with agencies, MCNs, talent managers, or creator-facing organizations.
•Strong communication and relationship management skills to influence partners and drive next steps.
•Comfort using data to manage performance, including KPIs, reporting, and basic analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
