Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by meeting customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, and addressing needs through timely service.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites, diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
  • •Complete administrative duties and documentation including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, and installation/site/service documents.
  • •Use Philips tools, support resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems effectively and within required timeframes.
  • •Participate in the regional work team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and increase capability across multiple modalities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging field or hospital-based service environment, or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
  • •Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair imaging equipment, including using necessary tools and test equipment.
  • •College diploma in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Biomedical Engineering Technology diploma highly preferred.
  • •Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials and use required personal protective equipment.
  • •Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations, and perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
