Key Responsibilities

  • •Accomplish production standards by managing daily production planning (load performance) based on the Haina open order and meet customer quality requirements.
  • •Ensure monitoring and control processes for production standards, including meeting ISO9001 quality standards and driving preventive/corrective actions through weekly team meetings.
  • •Manage raw materials and in-process inventory within the production line and achieve objectives such as non-stock performance, load plan, fill rate, and scrap reduction.
  • •Supervise and monitor hourly personnel on assigned production lines, including attendance, conflict management, disciplinary actions, awards, and HR reporting on personnel movements and shift changes.
  • •Execute EHS responsibilities: complete monthly safety inspections with the MESH coordinator, support EHS training, promote MESH process/policies, train employees on JSA, and maintain 5S in the area while presenting monthly results metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Electronic, or Electronic–Mechanical.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in similar manufacturing supervisor roles.
  • •Advanced English proficiency.
  • •Advanced PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Knowledge of statistical process control, plus general knowledge of Lean, ISO9001, and ISO 14001.
