Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with business leaders to analyze and support strategic and business decisions for key projects and initiatives.
  • •Design and maintain analytical rigor to measure efficiency and ROI of investments across headcount and non-headcount expenses.
  • •Drive reporting, process, and discipline for finance routines including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range planning.
  • •Build and own models for in-depth analyses, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • •Define metrics, leading indicators, and reporting dashboards in partnership with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, and improve reporting processes through continuous standardization and simplification.

Key Requirements

  • •7–9 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A, including building integrated models and executing budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations.
  • •B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large data sets, plus strong working knowledge of GSuite, Salesforce, and MS-Office products.
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to independently analyze complex problems and data and deliver results on challenging projects.
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence business partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
