Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain sales materials across NBCUniversal properties, including presentations, one-sheets, web landing pages, e-blasts, client mailers, and event collateral.
  • •Manage programming updates and organize assets to keep materials current with logos, imagery, and dates.
  • •Collaborate and communicate with internal teams such as Sales, Research, Consumer/Trade Marketing, and Programming.
  • •Support event management—from ideation and venue exploration to branding design, list management, and day-of execution.
  • •Maintain premium merchandise stock and on-site closet management, including ideating and ordering branded items based on sales priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization background.
