(Senior) AI/LLM Engineer

Build agentic AI systems end-to-end in production, spanning retrieval/RAG and hybrid search, LLM orchestration, and tool-using agents. Develop evaluation and monitoring to measure and improve AI performance, create data pipelines for unstructured documents, and implement automated feedback loops from usage and human feedback. Own AI system architecture for reliability, scalability, and speed, and collaborate on deep product integration within a fast-paced Munich-based startup.
