Job Summary

Assist guests at Lakewood Amphitheatre by promoting and selling ancillary point-of-sale items and upgrades, including premier parking, lawn chairs, photo booths, lockers, and other event upsells. Work with the Ancillary Manager to help determine available offers and communicate specials to guests. Handle transactions, maintain safety and order, and support end-of-show closing and post-show cleanup.

•Handle credit card transactions and maintain adherence to safety rules.
•Assist with sign/table/tent setup and breakdown as needed, then support end-of-show closing and post-show cleanup.

•Must be able to work in an outdoor environment with constant walking/standing and lift/carry 25+ pounds.
•High school diploma/GED preferred.
•Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
