Job Summary

Support and drive the Global AML program by applying regulatory knowledge to testing, monitoring, and reporting. Escalate risks to Global AML management, lead initiatives, and collaborate across first/second lines of defense to ensure compliance with AML laws, CIP, EDD and KYC requirements in a global financial services context.

Key Responsibilities

•Provides support and functional knowledge as it relates to compliance with AML laws, rules and standards
•Leads projects or initiatives to support the Global AML program
•Performs ongoing monitoring and reporting of key Global AML functional activities
•Drafts reports to communicate testing results to stakeholders
•Serves as a key subject matter expert to partners in the first and second lines of defense

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent)
•At least 3 years of related experience in AML/Compliance
•Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
•Experience reviewing laws/regulations and testing procedures; ability to document testing and summarize findings
•Proactive with minimal supervision and capable of leading projects within AML
