Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily Food & Beverage outlet operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • •Supervise team members (Team Leaders, Cashiers, Bussers) to ensure operational standards are met.
  • •Monitor service efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue targets, and take corrective action when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Supervise and motivate Team Leaders, Cashiers, and Bussers to meet operational standards.
  • •Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage or restaurant supervisory role.
  • •High School certification with Intermediate Food Safety Certification; hospitality or hotel management qualification is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English and strong communication/interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and cashiering systems.
