Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Plant Heads to deliver plant strategy and performance parameters.
•Lead end-to-end Industrial Relations and handle local stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
•Maintain a positive unionized environment, proactively address grievances, and manage discipline and productivity situations on the shopfloor.
•Ensure sites are compliant on HR and statutory requirements, including liaison with labour and local administration/statutory authorities.
•Manage contract labour and provide coaching/counseling to managers on HR & IR issues, plus support engagement surveys and supervisory training programs.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading Plant HR and Industrial Relations across manufacturing sites.
•Manage end-to-end Industrial Relations, including union relationships and employee/worker grievances.
•Ensure HR and statutory compliance and conduct liaison with labour and local administration/statutory authorities.
•Manage contract workers and end-to-end contract labour management with all relevant HR/contract compliances.
•Partner with HR and talent teams to support hiring, training, rewards, engagement surveys, and leadership development.
