Support the embedding of the IWPB Incentive Framework within HSBC Expat and help ensure consistency across IWPB. Key Responsibilities

•Embed the IWPB Incentive Framework within HSBC Expat and help maintain consistency across IWPB.
•Provide data support to the incentive scheme and management team to generate insights.
•Lead projects for incentive allocation and facilitate incentive calibration.
•Conduct analysis on incentive distribution to drive business performance aligned to IWPB strategy.
•Design recognition programs and sales campaigns and support attrition/headcount management and related people tasks.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in incentives, data, or performance management.
•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a team.
•Strong Excel and data skills with analytical and planning capabilities; able to interpret and solve complex issues.
•Excellent communication with strong collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
