Job Summary

Join the AI Developer Experience Team to build and maintain internal engineering tooling that reduces friction for builders. Help adoption of AI agentic coding tools through documentation, automation, guardrails, and evaluation approaches for safe rollout. Contribute to internally facing agents and the internal agent platform, partner cross-functionally to identify where AI accelerates work, and measure impact across usage, reliability, cost, and cycle time.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain internal engineering tooling to improve builder flow and reduce friction.
•Support adoption of AI agentic coding tools via documentation, automation, and guidance.
•Develop and operate internally facing agents and an internal agent platform.
•Implement developer workflows with guardrails and evaluation approaches for safe tooling adoption.
•Measure impact through feedback loops (usage, reliability, cost, cycle time) and participate in on-call support.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Solid software engineering fundamentals with experience contributing to production-quality internal platforms or developer tooling.
•Familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code.
•Proficiency in one or more of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.
•Experience building workflow automation or internal tools such as CLI tools, services, GitHub automation, or cloud automation.
•Clear written communication and documentation that enables self-service.
