Grounds Keeper

Maintain the office building and grounds through regular preventative maintenance and timely repairs. Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and other facility maintenance tasks using hand tools and small machinery. Order needed supplies and parts, maintain records of maintenance and repairs, and follow established safety rules and procedures while keeping the work area clean and organized.
