Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation of Oracle Financials and EPM modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Planning, and Consolidation
  • •Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support; set clear goals and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
  • •Oversee end-to-end Finance & EPM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control to meet timelines and budgets
  • •Continuously evaluate and enhance Finance & EPM system functionality, performance, and user experience
  • •Analyze existing Finance & EPM processes, identify improvements, and implement best practices leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials & EPM

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field; CPA/CA is preferred, Master's degree is a plus
  • •10+ years of experience with Oracle Financials & EPM and 3-5 years as a Functional consultant on Oracle Fusion Financial & EPM
  • •Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Financial & EPM, including implementation, configuration, and support
  • •Strong understanding of financial, planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes and best practices; regulatory and taxation knowledge
  • •Proven project management skills with ability to lead complex Finance & EPM projects from initiation to completion
