Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate IDV solutions for commercial and enterprise customers while maintaining clear expectations around scope, timelines, and implementation dependencies.
  • •Develop integration plans and identify/document the technical work required to support customer integrations.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver complex integration projects with multiple deliverables, aligned ownership, and escalation paths.
  • •Coordinate with delivery, customer, product, and support teams to keep implementations moving via clear communication channels.
