Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead solution design and hands-on technical delivery for DI products, including React UI, Java/Python services, APIs, and integrations.
  • •Own technical solution for project modules/streams: API contracts, NFR definition and delivery, release readiness, and delivery governance.
  • •Drive workflow/orchestration delivery and resilient long-running process patterns.
  • •Own delivery management (milestones, RAID, dependencies, sprint execution health) and provide stakeholder reporting.
  • •Ensure release and operational readiness via CI/CD quality gates, testing strategy, observability, runbooks, and cutover/hypercare; embed security and controls by design.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years engineering experience with proven Tech Lead ownership on production deliveries and multiple release execution.
  • •Strong React/TypeScript and Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (FastAPI/Flask) with microservices and REST APIs.
  • •Azure cloud-native delivery plus Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates.
  • •Strong delivery governance skills including planning, estimation, dependency mapping, RAID, and release management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline (or equivalent experience) with a security/controls mindset for regulated environments.
