Senior Construction Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor (Hospitality)

Act as the key day-to-day client interface for a large-scale, multi-phase hospitality and entertainment development in Bakersfield. Deliver value-added cost management services across active and future construction phases, maintaining commercial control across a complex, multi-package program. Provide cost estimating, change order support, valuations, and monthly cost reporting, collaborating with design teams and contractors while supporting value engineering and final account negotiations.
