Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to turn complex requirements into robust end-to-end tests.
  • •Coordinate testing across release train teams to manage cross dependencies.
  • •Ensure test tools are configured to collect accurate metrics for program and enterprise-wide dashboards.
  • •Support and guide software engineers in writing and maintaining automated functional tests through continuous integration.
  • •Implement and maintain automation frameworks and test harnesses to make end-to-end testing robust, and ensure Quality Gate requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in quality engineering for complex, scalable software solutions in digital, data, or enterprise domains.
  • •Lead and mentor QA engineers; establish automation and coding best practices across the SDLC using shift-left and shift-right practices.
  • •Strong mobile testing expertise for iOS and Android, mobile web, and design systems validation.
  • •Hands-on UI and accessibility testing experience, including UI testing frameworks (XCUITest, Prefire, Jetpack Compose Testing, Paparazzi) and WCAG accessibility support (VoiceOver/TalkBack).
