Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer deployments from initial discovery through production launch.
  • •Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and business goals.
  • •Translate requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans, including building/configuring voice AI agents and conversation/automation flows.
  • •Help customers integrate Retell with existing systems, APIs, and business processes; troubleshoot issues across integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony, authentication, and production deployments.
  • •Track project progress, run working sessions/demos, and support testing, iteration, and optimization before and after production while capturing learnings into playbooks.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in both Mandarin and English with strong customer-facing and cross-team communication.
  • •Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment/implementation, customer success engineering, product management, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • •Comfortable working with APIs, technical integrations, and software systems, including explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple customer projects at once.
  • •Enjoy solving technical problems and are comfortable getting hands-on when things break, with excitement for AI/LLMs/voice technology.
