Job Summary

Develop reliable, scalable manufacturing test software for HP products, collaborating with product development, factories, quality teams, and external partners. Design, implement, validate, and improve test software for new and sustaining programs across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and system requirements. Deliver high-quality test packages, troubleshoot production issues, analyze test failures, optimize throughput and cycle time, and provide training and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support manufacturing test solutions with product development and production teams to ensure quality and manufacturability.
•Design, implement, and validate test software for new and existing products across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and system-level requirements.
•Create, validate, and deliver reliable, cost-effective manufacturing test packages and represent the team in technical reviews.
•Improve test software robustness by troubleshooting production issues and analyzing test failures to identify root causes.
•Optimize test solutions to improve throughput and reduce test cycle time, and provide training, documentation, and technical support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
•1–5 years of relevant experience preferred, or strong programming fundamentals as a fresh graduate.
•Experience or strong interest in software development, test automation, embedded systems, firmware, image processing, AI/ML, and automation solutions.
•Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, VB, C#, or equivalent.
•Ability to understand software, hardware, and system-level requirements and translate them into practical test solutions.
