Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate suspected cases of fraud or other illegal activities against the company, including interviewing, database inquiries, and taking statements.

  • •Refer and coordinate investigation assignments to outside agencies as needed.
  • •Gather a broad range of evidence and draw conclusions for applicable fraud investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •An associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field.
  • •Five years of insurance claims investigative experience, including relevant desk experience, or professional investigation experience with law enforcement agencies.
  • •Seven years of professional investigation experience involving economic or insurance related matters.
  • •Experience handling in-person or phone statements from various parties during an investigation.
  • •Ability to gather evidence, determine credibility, and draw conclusions; document files clearly and professionally.
