•Support developing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables using planning, tracking, quality assurance, change control, and risk management.
•Manage projects and support customers through the entire project life cycle, including requirements, analysis, design, build, and implementation.
•Collaborate with Esri teams to establish, develop, and expand relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
•Help clients translate real-world needs into practical, state-of-the-art solutions.
•Provide business development support related to technology and implementation patterns with new and existing customers.

•Experience with proposal writing, including executive summaries, scope of services, staffing, and pricing, plus familiarity with ArcGIS/geospatial technology.
