Job Summary

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of accounting records and financial statements for Mistral AI. Review journal entries and intercompany transactions for IFRS and French GAAP, strengthen close and R2R processes, and implement financial control frameworks. Serve as the primary liaison with Big 4 auditors during statutory audits, oversee audit-ready consolidated/statutory reporting, and partner with Tax to meet VAT and corporate tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities

•Review accounting entries (journal entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions) to ensure IFRS and French GAAP compliance.
•Partner with Accounting Ops Lead to ensure robustness of the close process and R2R outputs.
•Implement and enforce financial control frameworks, including segregation of duties, approval workflows, and reconciliations.
•Act as the primary liaison with external auditors (Big 4) during statutory audits and deliver audit requests on time.
•Oversee audit-ready financial statements for all Group entities, including consolidated and statutory reporting, and collaborate with Tax on VAT and tax compliance.
