Lead operational excellence for the Blue Prism RPA platform, ensuring service reliability, platform resiliency, and compliance across a multi-platform environment. Partner with service lines, engineers, product, security, and compliance to drive problem management, roadmap-informed improvements, and balanced Run/Change delivery using Kanban and Scrum.

Key Responsibilities

•Own operational management for the Blue Prism RPA platform and coordinate cross-platform services (Retool, Knime, Azure infrastructure, PEGA, ABBYY, plus security/compliance work).
•Ensure stable day-to-day operations through incident, request, maintenance, and production support management; monitor health and drive improvements to reduce instability.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for internal service lines on operational topics; communicate risks, impacts, metrics, and recovery plans.
•Lead/support high-severity incident response (P1/P2), drive problem management and root-cause follow-up, and approve changes under governance controls.
•Manage and coordinate a globally distributed engineering team, balancing Run work via Kanban and Change delivery via Scrum in a 2-week sprint cadence.
