Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and services for generator and HVAC systems used by the U.S. Army.
  • •Maintain generators (3kW–150kW) including installation/removal from fixed and mobile locations and repairs to AC/DC and electronic control systems.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems including Chillers and Environmental Control Units (standalone or trailer/vehicle-mounted).
  • •Maintain commercial power generation equipment, including military-spec generators and UPS; operate a load bank during testing.
  • •Provide on-site technical assistance and training to site operations and maintenance personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience (or BA/BS +2 years; AA/AS +4 years; or HS +7 years).
  • •Extensive diesel generator experience, including generator parallel systems, switch gear, and brazing copper tubing with refrigerant evacuation and recharging.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • •Valid US passport and US driver’s license (plus international driver’s permit); must be able to pass CRC to deploy.
