Job Summary

Lead mega rail transportation programs as a program director, overseeing connected design-build CBTC transformation projects from design through closeout. Manage client commercial interests while driving on-time, on-budget delivery, including independent project progress and schedule review. Build and maintain program management plans across controls, risk, safety, quality, and environmental compliance, while mentoring delivery teams and serving as a subject matter expert to federal, state, and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve in a program director role on mega rail transportation projects delivered via various delivery methods.
•Lead delivery of connected design-build CBTC transformation projects through design, construction, and closeout phases.
•Manage client commercial interests and drive on-time, on-budget delivery; perform independent review of project progress and schedule analysis.
•Develop and maintain program management plans covering program controls, document control, design management, risk, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
•Support and empower staff and direct reports; manage overall delivery team performance and lead client and agency relationships.

Salary: USD 290,000 - 340,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
•Extensive design-build project delivery experience on transit projects as a Program Manager.
•15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of international experience delivering CBTC projects.
•Proven experience delivering public rail transportation infrastructure projects with construction costs over $1 billion.
•Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future; required to be in the work location 5 days per week.
