•Direct care staff shall meet ONE of the following qualifications: 1) BA/BS; 2) valid Child Development Teaching Permit; 3) 12-semester units in Early Childhood Education/Adolescent Development/Foster Care with 100 hours youth experience; 4) valid Alcohol/Drug Counselor certificate with 100 hours youth experience; 5) vocational training certificate or journeyman credential with 100 hours youth experience; 6) prior full-time staff or one year volunteer at group home or similar program
