Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the replenishment plan by following acquisition processes.
  • •Manage supplier/subcontractor relationships to ensure delivery punctuality and compliance.
  • •Inform the MRP manager and supply chain manager of gaps vs. the replenishment plan.
  • •Update portfolio data and track logistics KPIs.
  • •Follow Supplier Problem Reports with suppliers to address non-conformities and set up supplier steering files per Thales framework.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (Bac+2 or Bac+3) and at least 5 years of experience in purchasing and replenishment management.
  • •Knowledge of production and repair processes, supply chain roles, and inventory/flow management methodologies.
  • •Experience using analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • •Ability to use analytics and decision-support dashboards.
  • •Ideally, knowledge of ERP functions; comfortable with English.
