Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze data center hardware and processes using a first-principles, physics-based approach.
  • •Own rack-level solutions and drive system-level design decisions across mechanical, electrical, power, thermal, networking, and software integration.
  • •Integrate Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS) principles into data center strategy and architecture to ensure maximum uptime.
  • •Design and execute accelerated test plans and reliability/thermal validation, including burn-in and environmental stress screening (ESS).
  • •Lead supplier process modifications and approve first article inspection (FAI) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reports while driving root-cause corrective actions with suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in data center hardware design, integration, or manufacturing.
  • •Ability to own complex rack-level solutions and influence system-level design decisions across mechanical, electrical, power, thermal, networking, and software integration domains.
  • •Willingness to work onsite (remote work not considered), including long hours and weekends as needed to meet deadlines.
