Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to new product development by designing, laying out, and optimizing memory, logic, and analog circuits.
  • •Perform circuit validation, parasitic modeling, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions to improve performance and manufacturability.
  • •Lead layout execution from floorplanning and placement through routing, verification, modeling, and simulation using industry-standard tools.
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering) to ensure successful product execution.
  • •Drive innovation for future memory technologies while promoting design quality and standardization across global engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering (or related) plus 10+ years; or M.Sc. with 7+ years; or Ph.D. with 5+ years industrial experience.
  • •Solid understanding of CMOS circuit development and semiconductor device physics.
  • •Experience with power network analysis and circuit optimization techniques.
  • •Exposure to Verilog modeling, simulation tools, and state machine design/verification methodologies.
  • •Ability to perform design verification, debugging, and semiconductor circuit analysis.
