Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in claims and/or litigation management, OR a Juris Doctor and 2+ years in claims and/or litigation management.
  • •Alternatively, meet one of the Zurich education/training pathways (Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, Zurich Claims Training Program, or high school equivalent) with the stated years of claims/litigation management experience.
  • •Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
  • •Strong communication, analytical/critical thinking, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
