Job Summary

Provide tutoring and academic support in English and Math to help candidates prepare for BSEP while maintaining a secure, supportive tutoring environment. Collect and track candidate data for tutoring, assessment, and progress monitoring; give feedback and coaching to improve study habits; and deliver consistent guidance aligned with program outcomes. Communicate clearly with candidates and Base staff and ensure confidentiality of candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide tutoring and support in English and Math to help candidates prepare for BSEP.
•Collect and maintain candidate data related to tutoring assistance, assessment, and progress monitoring.
•Provide feedback and coaching to help candidates improve their study habits.
•Provide consistent guidance aligned with program outcomes and requirements.
•Maintain confidentiality of candidate records and services provided, and communicate with candidates and Base staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
•Must be able to obtain personal military credentials for access to U.S. military bases.
•Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission.
•Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred).
•Ability to provide tutoring and support in English and Math for candidates preparing for BSEP.
