Key Responsibilities

•Own the supply-side operations for AlphaNovel, including books and content providers (authors and agencies)
•Grow the pipeline of new high-quality books on AlphaNovel Writer via direct author acquisition and agency partnerships
•Manage editors and the author Facebook community: coordinate communication, handle contracts, and monitor author payments based on results
•Organize end-to-end operational workflows around books (adding, localization, titles, interactions with services, audio, visuals, and content work)
•Track and improve operational metrics and feedback from authors; develop new growth points and attract strong content across formats
