Key Responsibilities

  • •OWN the AI agent loop and ensure reliable capture-ground-execute-reflect cycles across devices and platforms.
  • •DESIGN and implement distributed workflow orchestration for test execution across pools of devices.
  • •BUILD and maintain device infrastructure for Android and iOS, including emulators, real devices, streaming, and automation.
  • •DEVELOP the CLI that ties local development to cloud verification, including build uploads, live sessions, and CI integration.
  • •INTEGRATE OpenTelemetry, enable trace correlation, and provide tooling to debug executions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience designing and scaling production systems under real load; able to own end-to-end architecture.
  • •Practical experience with LLMs, AI infra, or agent-based systems.
  • •Strong ownership and autonomous execution; able to communicate effectively.
  • •Experience with mobile tooling or mobile platforms (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter) is a plus.
  • •Interest in user-centric design and empathy when solving technical problems.
