Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations across DigitalOcean offices including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security access, mail/shipping, food & beverage, and upkeep.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for building management, landlords, and facilities vendors at each site.
  • •Coordinate and schedule vendor visits, service contracts, and preventive maintenance with minimal disruption.
  • •Manage facilities budget for assigned offices, including tracking spend, processing invoices, and flagging variances.
