Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day site supervision for a fast-paced construction project, including work schedules, progress, and resource allocation
  • •Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics and SpaceX safety policies, driving a safety culture with contractors and internal partners
  • •Manage construction assets and site logistics (deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, staging of materials) and ensure jobsite cleanliness
  • •Coordinate daily field activities for contractors and internal partners, resolving conflicts and triaging issues to engineering & project management as needed
  • •Oversee delegated construction sub-project procurement and execution, including budgetary costs, proposals/contracts, developing final cost and schedule, and tracking project status

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities management
  • •Field experience in a technical field or supervising a multi-discipline team of contractors/laborers
  • •Experience reading, reviewing, and approving shop and fabrication drawings
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, and communicate effectively
