Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with government and public sector organizations to identify, shape, and accelerate AI transformation initiatives.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
  • •Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews, and develop business cases, proposals, ROI models, and proof-of-concept plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, business transformation, AI, data, analytics, or related client-facing roles.
  • •Experience shaping or delivering AI (including machine learning and generative/agentic AI) and analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Strong experience with public sector organizations in the UAE and wider Middle East region.
  • •Ability to develop AI strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, value cases, and executive-level business narratives.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise AI concepts including large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), data readiness, governance, responsible AI, and adoption considerations.
