Key Responsibilities

•Execute the People strategy for Mercado Envios leaders and lead topics such as Diversity, Performance Review, Talent Review, Engagement, Culture, Rewards, Benefits, Training, Retreats and Org Design
•Develop leadership capabilities so leaders become ambassadors of Meli DNA by adhering to Cultural and Leadership Principles to ensure the best experience for each team
•Manage Leadership Effectiveness indicators (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and design action plans with partner areas to mitigate key drivers
•Partner proactively with other People areas (Admin Payroll, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Compliance, Benefits, Rewards, Shuttle (Fretado), and Purchases)
•Support business areas on transformational projects and promote change with client areas, driving People-focused priorities and value creation

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields
•Experience in managing indicators, analyzing data, generating insights and action plans, and leading projects and processes with issue diagnosis and resolution
•Presence 4 days on-site at São Paulo operations and availability for different shifts, plus 1 remote day
•Proficiency with Google tools (Slides and Sheets) and Spanish is desirable
•Strong collaboration skills to partner with Admin Payroll, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Compliance, Benefits, Rewards, and Purchasing
