Job Summary

Analyze inventory and material usage variances to identify supply chain loss (SCL) risks and cost-saving opportunities. Own monthly reviews across raw, packaging, and finished goods, track trends in material usage variance, and support budgeting and forecasting tied to MUV and SCL. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop action plans, ensure accurate inventory transaction recording, and support internal control and audit reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct monthly analysis of inventory categories (RM, PM, and FG) to identify and address SCL risks across operations and commercial teams.
•Develop and drive cross-functional action plans, follow up on progress, and report key findings to top management.
•Analyze monthly and weekly material usage variance trends, operational inefficiencies, and savings opportunities.
•Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to MUV and SCL.
•Review inventory records to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time, and support internal control and audit reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
•2 years of experience in a similar role.
•Very good command of English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
•Advanced Excel skills.
•Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and apply strong attention to detail.
