Job Summary

Director responsible for leading Raytheon Emirates Growth through enterprise engagement, country strategy, and international business development in the UAE. Manages Customer Account Managers, drives pipeline growth, coordinates cross-functional RTX stakeholders, and ensures integrated pursuit strategies across in-country opportunities to maximize enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide competitive advantage to the Enterprise with a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, buying power, and market dynamics to support country strategy development and implementation.
•Leads a team of Customer Account Managers focused on solid partnerships with existing customers and building new relationships to drive pipeline growth.
•Support Raytheon international business development by identifying key markets and creating initiatives to support international growth.
•Commit to a one-RTX approach to international business development.
•Actively engages RTX stakeholders and provides regular updates including customer insights, market opportunity identification, and development status, coordinating pursuits and key milestones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering with 14 years of progressive leadership experience in Defense Sales, or an Advanced Degree with 12 years of experience
•Strong understanding of the regional defense industrial base, geopolitical environment, and cultural norms
•Ability to identify growth opportunities in the UAE and develop growth strategies, program management and product line
•Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills enabling business results
•Fluent command of Arabic (and ability to work in a multilingual environment)
