Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and integrate complex analog circuits (e.g., CMOS amplifiers/comparators, bandgap references, LDOs, charge pumps, oscillators, DLLs, IO buffers, analog test mux, process monitor, temperature sensors) for advanced DRAM products.
  • •Contribute to synchronous/asynchronous custom digital block design and overall Analog/Memory/Logic design/layout optimization and PPA optimization.
  • •Perform parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revision activities.
  • •Oversee/manage layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing, and run verification via modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
  • •Coordinate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups for manufacturability; mentor and lead young designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analog design experience across CMOS amplifier/comparator and mixed-signal building blocks for DRAM products
  • •Hands-on ability to design, implement, and integrate analog circuits (e.g., bandgap references, LDOs, charge pumps, oscillators, DLLs, IO buffers)
  • •Proficiency with parasitic modeling, design validation, and contributing to reticle experiments and tape-out revisions
  • •Experience overseeing layout tasks such as floor-planning, placement, and routing, plus verification using modeling and simulation
  • •Ability to communicate cross-group, proactively work with standards/CAD/modeling/verification, and mentor young designers
