Key Responsibilities

•Produce and finish the food offerings in three outlets (Greens, Züri Kafi, Umaizushi)
•Active sales at the front of the house
•Operate the cash register and handle checkout according to internal guidelines
•Merchandising and presentation of goods
•Support in back-office tasks and uphold HACCP hygiene standards

Key Requirements

•Experience in gastronomy and direct invoicing (including handling foreign currencies)
•Mobile and able to work between 5:00 and 24:00
•Strong hygiene awareness (HACCP)
•Customer-oriented, team player with good communication
•Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
