Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and finish the food offerings in three outlets (Greens, Züri Kafi, Umaizushi)
  • •Active sales at the front of the house
  • •Operate the cash register and handle checkout according to internal guidelines
  • •Merchandising and presentation of goods
  • •Support in back-office tasks and uphold HACCP hygiene standards

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in gastronomy and direct invoicing (including handling foreign currencies)
  • •Mobile and able to work between 5:00 and 24:00
  • •Strong hygiene awareness (HACCP)
  • •Customer-oriented, team player with good communication
  • •Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
