Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules by department and work cell.
  • •Convert customer orders and SIOP forecasts into executable production plans.
  • •Create, review, and release production work orders and supporting documentation; maintain accurate planning parameters and production data within ERP systems.
  • •Monitor production progress, WIP, and schedule adherence; identify material shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery risks; adjust and expedite schedules when priorities change.
  • •Coordinate with Purchasing and Engineering to align material availability, supplier delivery dates, and validate bills of material, routings, drawings, and special-order requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, industrial distribution, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials management, or buyer/planner roles in industrial manufacturing.
  • •Strong ERP/MRP system experience.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Ability to analyze demand, capacity, inventory, material requirements, and lead times; understand bills of material, routings, work orders, and engineering drawings.
